What does Climate.IQ® do?

Climate.IQ® helps people better understand and prepare for climate risks by delivering accurate climate analysis for properties in the US.

Climate.IQ® evaluates a property's current and future climate risk by factors including but not limited to topography, building acreage and historical weather data, etc. Its report gives users all necessary awareness of the climate risk associated with their properties. With Climate.IQ® everyone can be equipped with sufficient knowledge to take necessary precautions to avoid financial loss.

What is Climate.IQ®'s coverage?

A: So far Climate.IQ® can assess flooding and hurricane risk for properties in New York City, and we plan to expand the coverage to more vulnerable cities in the future. We are also looking at the possibility of assessing more climate risks.

How does Climate.IQ® ensure the accuracy of risk reports?

We are using the most authoritative public data sources available. However, inevitable statistical errors may exist. To best address that issue, we will provide uncertainty levels in all reports, and we will constantly update our data and analytics to improve the reliability of our information.

Can you send me an invoice?

We don't provide invoices but do provide receipts, which are emailed after purchases and available for reference on the Orders page under your Climate.IQ account settings.
